We've been waiting for
you! It's true, because we believe that every person who comes into
the circle of this special fellowship was sent by God Himself. It's
not by accident that we have the joy of meeting you. So, above all
else we want to express Christ's love to you with genuine, heartfelt
warmth. We're eager to know you, and we're excited to share with you
the marvelous ways God is working in our church.
It won't take you long to
discover that this is truly a family, rich in the relationships that
matter most. Growing together, we worship, we serve, we laugh, we
cry, we learn, and we reach out to our world with life transforming
truth. We reach out to you, as well. Our doors are open.
Our hearts are open, too. If you've been thinking, praying,
searching and hoping for a place to belong, we say again --
Welcome

Sunday
School for ALL
Since
our beginning, Sunday School has been an important part of the Church of
the Nazarene ministry. The major purpose of the Sunday School is
to help men, women, boys and girls to study God's Word, the Bible.
The Bible does not provide a "pat answer" for every need or
problem ,but it does teach us how to live life as God planned for us to
do. Other purposes of the Sunday School are:
-
To
provide a "safe" setting in which people can share their joys
and sorrows, their concerns, and their questions about life and the
answers they discover.
-
To
help pupils discover how to grow as Christians by leading them to
examine God's Word and apply it to their life experiences.
-
To
provide an opportunity for people to enjoy small-group fellowship
with others who share their concerns and beliefs.
In
the Nazarene Sunday School, people have a weekly opportunity to meet
with God, through the study of His Word, and to discover His guidance
for their lives. |

Because
people of different age-groups have different
needs and different ways of learning, the Church of the Nazarene
provides a graded Sunday School curriculum for all age levels.
The materials for each age-group or special -interest class are designed
to help people study the Bible in the way that has the greatest
potential for bringing about life-changing results.

Since
1944 the church has recognized its responsibility to use radio as a
means of reaching the millions who do not benefit from easy access to
the gospel. Today the use of radio, video, television, and satellite
represents a very important evangelistic tool. Radio is used
extensively in areas where the church has an established ministry.
It is also used to prepare areas for future entry and to help strengthen
a new work. There are over 50 different broadcasts in 42 languages
and dialects, produced weekly, which give global coverage to the radio
ministry of the church. Television is being used successfully in
several English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Russian world
areas. The newly launched Nazarene Communications Network provides
satellite and Internet broadcasting worldwide. These forms of
communication give visibility, awareness and the message of hope in
Jesus Christ through the many ministries of the Church of the Nazarene.
